Well today is Memorial Day and instead of going to a picnic we went to a funeral. My sister-in-law, June's dad passed away Thursday and they decided to do the funeral today( why?). We weren't all that close to June's dad but decided we should be there anyway for June's sake. I sat between Jon and his sister Barbie and that was truly unfortunate. They should have sat next to each other. AS soon as June's brother-in-law started the eulogy, Jon and Barbie lost it.The Woolstons have this definite empathy thing. If someone faints, they faint. If someone throws up(and they see it), they throw up too. If some one cries, they cry. Of course no one had any kleenex in our small group so it got pretty moist at our end of the pew. All the Woolstons do this little empathy thing. Two pews down Jon's brother Steve was sobbing. One summer Mark and June took all the cousins to the zoo. Jennifer, Rachel's Kline cousin(also related to the Klines at Kenosha Bible Church) got car sick and threw up and then Rachael threw up because Jennifer did and it was dominos. They had to go home and hose out the back seat....literally. They never got to the zoo. After that, "shot gun" was the favorite place to ride in that car.

After the funeral, we Woolstons went to "The Black Bear" diner and had a really nice Memorial Day lunch. No..we didn't eat bear. We all had our clothes on and we mostly ate hamburgers ( hee, hee).

Here are a couple of more pictures of Tabitha taken at Easter.

Well, apparently Memorial Day weekend was the weekend for funerals (see my blog). I know we're supposed to remember people on that day, but I like to remember them ALIVE!

So, with no kleenex, the sleeves probably got a bit crusty, eh? Not a pretty sight.
